Team roles and managing your team

User Role Definition

On Free and Pro teams, we have two types of user roles:

Role type Description
Admin Admins can manage teams and team members' roles while also being able to create and edit Documents. As an Admin, you can also manage your subscription and billing info.
Creator Creators can create and edit Documents.

Note: Pro subscriptions are charged per user, and there is no price difference between role types.

 

Managing your team and teammate roles

This guide includes instructions for updating team roles and removing teammates (documents owned by removed teammates will move to an Admin's ownership).
