Sharing and Collaboration on Enterprise (Async Webinar)

System Admins can set default and maximum share permissions for the organization to ensure compliance with your security requirements. Setting a maximum share permission can control how Scribes can be accessed both individuals inside and outside of your organization:

  • Not Shared: Only the owner of the Scribe/Page can view or access it.
  • Shared with Team: Only members of the workspace where the Scribe/Page is saved can access the Scribe/Page.
  • Shared with Organization: Anyone in the company with a Scribe login can access the Scribe/Page.
  • Anyone with the Link: Anyone outside of the company can access the Scribe/Page through the hyperlink.

🌟TIP: Typically we advise "Shared with Team" as Default Share Permission and "Shared with Organization" as the default Maximum Share Permission.
