Deleting your Scribe account

If you’re on the Pro plan and want to delete your Scribe account, you’ll need to cancel your Pro subscription first. Due to billing ownership, your Pro plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Once the plan is canceled, you can follow the steps below to delete your account.

If you’re a Pro user and have questions about deleting your account, feel free to reach out to Scribe Support by clicking Submit a request above. When you contact Support, make sure to reference the email address associated with the Scribe account you’d like to delete and clearly request account deletion.

If you are on the Free plan, follow the steps listed here on how to delete your account:

When Scribe accounts are deleted, all of the documents owned by that account will also be deleted. If this is not feasible, consider changing ownership for the documents your team would like to keep or removing the user from the team (previously owned documents will move to an Admin's ownership).
