Why does the browser extension write more accurate text instructions than the desktop application?

Since all websites ultimately use the same language (HTML), that single integration is sufficient for Scribe's browser extension to generate high-quality text labels. However, our desktop application integrates into the computer's operating system's accessibility features, the same technology designed to help screen readers assist users with visual impairments.

The challenge here is that every software vendor decides independently how much information to expose through these accessibility features. Some apps provide rich, descriptive labels. Others provide very little, or none at all.
