We have many users who use Scribe behind a firewall, but your organization must allow Scribe’s outbound traffic through its network security controls. This may include firewalls, routers, proxies, web filters, and other network devices. The allowlist below includes the domains and endpoints that Scribe may need to access.
Setting up firewall rules in your network, including for routers and other networking devices, is only one part of the configuration. You may also need to make sure that Scribe is not blocked by software installed on the user’s computer, such as virus scanners, security software, or local firewalls. In some cases, Scribe’s application directories may also need to be whitelisted in those systems.
