Smart Privacy Screen is a powerful screenshot redaction feature included in Enterprise plans. It enables account admins to set account-level redaction for specific terms and categories of sensitive information, as well as to select the redaction strength most appropriate for their organization.
With Smart Privacy Screen, Enterprise admins can:
- Redact common types of sensitive information by selecting from a list
- Access and select from lists of types of private information by country
- Add custom terms that should never be automatically redacted
- Add custom terms that should always be automatically redacted
- Add custom types of information that should never (or always) be redacted
- Customize redaction strength by prioritizing visibility, privacy, or both
Setting team-level redaction criteria
Enterprise admins can apply these settings account-wide for screenshots captured by any Scribe user in their organization. If you have multiple teams under your organization, it might be important to set redaction criteria at the team level. This capability is included in select Enterprise plans.
