Live Artifacts are the same kind of output as Artifacts, but set on a recurring schedule. Optimize automatically re-runs the underlying prompt as new workflow data comes in, so the artifact stays current without you re-asking. Think of a Live Artifact like a subscription to an analysis or a task you want performed - you subscribe to a question, and Optimize re-answers it whenever new data arrives instead of you re-asking chat every time.

Creating Live Artifacts:
Via Optimize agent chat: Ask the agent to track something recurring, the agent proposes a name, prompt, scope (org/team/workflow), and run interval (weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly), and creates the artifact once confirmed.
Editing Live Artifacts:
Live Artifacts can also be edited via Optimize agent chat (change prompt/cadence/scope).
Good to know
- Cadence options: weekly, biweekly, monthly, or quarterly — no cap on how many Live Artifacts a team can run at once.
- Permissions: Org Optimizers can create/edit for any team; Team Optimizers/Admins for their own teams.
