If you are a Scribe Pro or an Enterprise user and have not yet downloaded the app, you can do so here:

You can install the app by double-clicking the downloaded file, once the installation is complete, the Scribe app shortcut will appear on your desktop. For best performance, make sure to install the desktop app with Admin rights.
Tips & Tricks for the Windows App
There are certain applications (e.g. Task Manager or some virtualization software) that require Scribe to have Admin permissions in order to capture. Follow the steps below to Run Scribe Windows Application as Admin:
