Scribe Pro works at the team level. When you upgrade a team to Pro, the Pro plan applies to everyone on that team—you can’t mix paid and free seats within the same team.
All members of a Pro team get the same Pro features, plus access to the Scribes and Pages their teammates create.

Can I create multiple teams to mix licence types?
You can create multiple teams and be a member of more than one team, and each team can be on a different plan.
But you can’t use multiple teams to mix paid and free seats within the same team. If you upgrade a team to Pro, everyone in that team is upgraded and counts as a Pro seat.
If you need different license types on the same team (like Viewer seats alongside Creators), you’ll want Enterprise, which supports Standard (Creator/Admin) and Limited (Viewer) licenses.
