If you expected to see an activity and don't, it's almost always one of a few common causes.
It might just be too soon
- My Activity typically starts populating within about 48 hours of being enrolled.
- Team Activity, which aggregates everyone enrolled, takes longer — typically 7 to 10 days — since it depends on enough activity building up across the whole team.
Check that capture is actually running
The most common cause of a stalled rollout isn't a bug, it's coverage issue. Three things have to be true for capture to happen at all:
- The extension (or desktop app) is installed, signed in, and up to date for the people you enrolled.
- Enough people are enrolled. A handful of workflow-mapped users generates fewer patterns than a full team.
- People are actually spending time in approved apps. If your team mostly works in tools that aren't approved yet, activity won't accumulate no matter how long you wait.
Admins can check each user's Workflow Mapping status in Settings to see who's actively being captured, rather than guessing. See Fixing common Autocapture setup issues for admins for more details.
