Nothing Autocapture finds becomes a Scribe or Page on its own — a person always reviews it first.
What happens
- Preview. Before creating anything, you can preview the captured activity as a step-by-step guide.
- Create. If it looks useful, you create a Scribe (or, for a whole workflow, a Page) from it. This makes a private draft.
- Edit. You can clean it up before anyone else sees it — add notes, remove steps, adjust descriptions, or recapture a section.
- Publish. Only once you publish does it become visible to the rest of your team.

Discarding instead
If a captured activity isn't useful, you don't have to do anything with it.
- In My Activity, trigger deletion. This removes it from your recommendations and asks why, so future recommendations improve.
Good to know
- Editing an Autocapture-created Scribe works exactly like editing any other Scribe.
- Deleting an activity just removes it from your recommendations — it doesn't publish anything, and doesn't affect any Scribes you've already created.
