Autocapture shows you what it finds in two different places, depending on whose work you're looking at.
My Activity
Your own personal feed of captured activity. Everyone enrolled in Autocapture gets this, and you only ever see your own.
- Recommended — out of everything Autocapture captures, we recommend recent activities that are most likely to be worth documenting and teaching to a teammate
- All — everything captured from your work, in order from most recent
Select any activity to preview it, then either create a Scribe from it or delete it, which would improve the recommendation algorithm. See Removing or excluding your own captured activity for more detail.
Team Activity
The view across everyone on your team who's enrolled. Admins only — creators only ever see their own work in My Activity, not their teammates'.
- All — every activity captured across the team
- Workflows — that same activity grouped into recurring patterns, so you can see how work actually gets done across the team
How they differ by plan
| Pro Team | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|
| Publishing from someone else's activity | Admin can request a Scribe from a teammate's activity; the teammate approves before it publishes | Admin can publish directly from any workflow-mapped user's activity — no approval needed |
| Psudeonymization | Not psudeonymized — real names shown | Psudeonymized by default (pseudonyms) |
Good to know
- My Activity usually starts populating within about 48 hours of being enrolled.
- Team Activity takes longer to build a clear picture — typically 7–10 days — since it depends on activity building up across your whole team.
