If Autocapture captures something you don't want included, you can remove it yourself.
How to remove activity
In My Activity, you can remove any captured activity you don't consider relevant or useful. This works whether it showed up in your Recommended list or in your full activity history.
What happens after you remove it
- It no longer appears in your own My Activity list.
- It will not appear in your admin's Team Activity view either — removing something excludes it from the shared activity pool your admin can see.
- It also helps improve future recommendations — removing activity you don't want documented is one of the signals we use to avoid surfacing similar activity again.
This gives you control over keeping personal, irrelevant, or non-process work out of what your team and admins can see.
Pausing instead of removing
Removing one activity is different from pausing ****your workflow mapping entirely. If you want to stop being captured altogether, you can pause Autocapture for yourself at any time from your extension settings
Good to know
- Removing an activity doesn't undo anything already published. If you already turned that activity into a Scribe or Page, removing the original capture doesn't affect the Scribe itself.
- Nothing is ever published without review, so removing activity you don't want documented is a way to stay in control before that review ever happens.
