Smart Privacy Screen (Enterprise) vs. Smart Blur (Pro Team)

Both help keep sensitive information out of your screenshots, but they work differently depending on your plan.

Smart Privacy Screen (Enterprise)

Automatic, org-wide redaction. Once an admin turns it on, Scribe automatically redacts 150+ categories of PII, PHI, and payment data from every screenshot Autocapture captures — no action needed from anyone. End users can't disable or override it once an admin has turned it on.

Smart Blur (Pro Team)

Manual redaction you apply using screenshot editing features once you've converted captured activity into documentation — not a pre-capture toggle. You choose which categories of sensitive content — like emails, names, or numbers — to redact.
