Your company uses Scribe to create documentation, and that includes Autocapture, a feature that turns the work you’ve already done across business applications into draft guides. These emails show you recent activity that Autocapture identified as potential Scribes for your team.
With Autocapture, you can turn any captured workflows into a Scribe in just a few clicks, without having to start from scratch or press start or stop.
Reviewing your activity
Everything Autocapture finds shows up in My Activity. From there, you can turn any activity into a Scribe or remove anything you don't want, at any time. Nothing is ever shared or published without a person reviewing it first.
Where it applies
Autocapture only maps work from the specific apps your admin has approved, and only looks for repeated patterns. One-off detours or anything outside the approved app list never shows up here.
